It is going to be Chinese New Year after two weeks. I’m very excited about this popular festival. My family and I are going to do New Year’s shopping in these two weeks. On Chinese New Year’s Eve, I’m going to have a big dinner with my family. Then, we’re going to stick spring couplets on the doors and walls. On Chinese New Year’s Day, I’m going to get red packets from my parents and grandparents. I’m going to pay new year calls to my relatives too. On the second day of Chinese New Year, my family and I are going to visit my aunt and uncle and say “Happy Chinese New Year” to them. Then, we’re going to watch fireworks in the evening. We’re going to have a lot of fun this Chinese New Year.
