My eating habit

There are many bad eating habits, such as not having breakfast, eating too much snacks, only preferring some particular kinds of food, overeating and so on. In order to obtain good health, we should have a good eating habit. We should eat different kinds of food. Personally speaking, a good eating habit contributes a lot to good health. As a result, we should follow good eating habits to achieve good health.

To my eating habits, my favourite food is Chinese food including rice, noodles, and many flavor dishes from many different cities. One day I have three meals, usually I eat some fruit after dinner. I don't like junk food. For example, hamburgers, chips and so on. Here are some instructions that I often follow :First, I eat plenty of fruit and meat or vegetables. In my point of view, we shouldn’t eat too many snack foods. Secondly, I always drink plenty of water. I drink a cup of water 15 minutes before each meal. Third, I think more meat and fish, less exercise are bad for health. Good rest, less meat and fish, more vegetables and enough exercise are good for health.

I think everyone should have a good and balanced diet habit. In this way, everyone has a good and strong health. The better we get into good eating habits, the happier our life becomes.
